Jon "Bones" Jones - Staples of His Technical Repertoire, Wrestling that Made Him a Champ
Here Jon "Bones" Jones shows the staples of his technical repertoire. He begins by showing a nasty tilt I've never seen before. It's like a variation or assimilation of a tilt and cradle. It's unorthodox and wholly incredible. He then transitions into showing another great roll through tilt and concludes by demonstrating another fantastic single leg counter to go behind. No surprise with that one either: it's straight up dirty!
