Eric Juergens - Low Single
Juergens shows his low single. To get this one down, he suggests drilling the move precisely by shooting from outside. Upon attacking, he aims his head directly at the inside of his opponent's knee. His right hand (his attack hand) goes to the back of his opponent's heel with his forearm on the mat. Two solid set ups come from: faking a shot to the low single and elbow passing to the low single.
