Break Down Drill
Simple drill to get your youth wrestlers in constant breakdown mode! Top man hits a chop, then a far knee far ankle, then a spiral ride then a rear ankle drive....over and over and doesnt have to be in that order! Bottom man be a good partner and build a base back up fast!!

AWESOME! as usual...I notice you don't have much on getting off bottom. It would be interesting seeing your approach to bottom given how great you are at youth on everything else. Mike thanks for sharing all this with us! I find it very helpful and inspirational.
Like always the kids look a little sloppy at first!! But stick with it this one works well!!
