is that a serious question? 3rd year people are trying to catch metcalf. like hes way out if front and people are trying to catch him. (and i'll expect somebody to post how darion caldwell beat him so that must mean metcalf suck) wake up!...yeaaaaaaa, uh no |

What is toms Brands shirt mean "3rd annual chase metcalf challenge"?The Chase Metcalf Challenge is a dual tournament hosted by Davison HS. It is in honor of Brent's older brother, Chase. He was a state Champ, Sr National Champ, and Fargo AA. He went to wrestle at the University of Michigan but was killed in a car accident. |

hardest part for young wrestlers to understand is constant movement when you are on bottom. It leads to stall warning on you and lets the guy on top relax and get his energy back when all you do is lay on the bottom |
