Dubuque's Whistle Stand Up
Coach Dubuque shows us the stand up he used to win a NCAA championship. He begins by explaining the standup starts even before the whistle blows. He shows the proper position to line up in if your planning to come up off the mat. He then walks us through the steps of getting our outside foot up and clearing the arm away from him. Once we're on our feet he takes us through the proper way of cutting away from our opponent.
