Flowrestling travels around the US and the world (can you say Azerbaijan?) covering some of the biggest events in wrestling along with smaller local events trying to bring wrestling lovers coverage that they normally wouldn't be able to get. We pride ourselves in our ability to seemingly be everywhere at once (Im actually behind you right now!). We interview coaches and athletes and whenever possible, record all the races and events for your viewing pleasure. We also allow users to create their own coverage pages. We can help with the technical support. The first time is the most difficult but it gets easier as you go.My Videos
The core to any wrestling program is having the right tools to help you improve. We provide (for free!!!!) ways to store and manage your wrestling videos easily and share them with your team members, parents, alumni and fans. To date we have the top universities and high schools in the nation using our online video organiztional tools. (If you are not on here then you got issues, dont have issues...get on here)Interviews
Perhaps at the heart and soul of our site are our one on ones with the greatest coaches and athletes of the sport. We are very interested in hearing how they became great and what the rising stars think and feel regarding their sport (we never edit out the weird parts). We believe little things can make a big difference. Hopefully you can learn something small that will help you become better.
