Welcome to the 2011-12 St. Albans School Wrestling Team website on Flowrestling! The purpose of this website is to post videos of our matches during the wrestling season, allow the coaches and wrestlers to review matches, and learn from our wins and losses. Please abide by the following rules to allow the team to continue to have access to this website:

1. Please create a flowrestling account with an email address and password of your choosing to gain access to the website.
2. This Flowrestling website is for coaches and team members of the 2010-11 St. Albans School Wrestling Team only. Please do not share your email, password or access with anyone else. You may never use another's account without permission.
3. Clarence Long, Assistant Wrestling Coach, is the site administrator. Assistant Wrestling Coach Matthew Castanera-Bartoszek is also a site administrator. Head Wrestling Coach Charles Crossan has final authority over all content of this website.
4. When creating your Flowrestling account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Coach Long or Coach Castanera-Bartoszek immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
5. When you log in to the site, you will be able to find a specific match by weight class, your last name and the name of the opposing wrestler’s school.
6. Comments may be posted in the comments section under each match. Comments must be positive or constructive in nature. Personal attacks on a student or coach from St. Albans or another school are forbidden. Remember that St. Albans School coaches, wrestlers, staff and faculty have access to this website.
7. Do not modify or edit any part of this website without the permission of Coach Long, Coach Castanera-Bartoszek or Coach Crossan.
8. Do not repost any of these videos, in whole or in part, without the express approval of Coach Crossan.
9. If you cannot abide by the above rules, your access will be terminated.
