Gill Coliseum is not that big. There are only 7 teams in the Pac-10. To my knowledge we have never preselected seats at the Pac-10s. Its all general admission, first come first served seated. Yes, there is someone here. |

Great win by Casperson last night over Giesen. Solid workman-like job by the rest. Seemed as if they were just kind of going through the motions tho (a lot of them). It was, a fairly uneventful match until the last match between Casperson and Giesen. |

Just watched the video of the 184 lbs match between Kirk Smith and Casen Eldgedge of Utah Valley from last Friday night. That match should have been stopped at 20 seconds left in the 3rd period as Smith was ahead 21-6 at that point (plus he also had lots of RT). The score keeper made an error during that match. I noticed it when it took place. He credited Eldredge with 2 points for an escape in the 3rd period rather than just one. I'm surprised nobody else noticed this. Kirk Smith SHOULD have won that match by Tech Fall with 20 seconds left in the match. Watch the video and see for yourself. The score after 2 periods was 11-2 Smith and Eldredge chose Neutral to start the 3rd period.
