Sonnen shows how to counter a single leg attack from a common position. He points out that it is his free leg that a wrestler needs to be conscious of -this leg should never be given up. HIs other leg is already beat for the most post, but he can still make an adjustment from the position by pushing his opponent's shoulder beneath his own knee and applying pressure to his opponent's head. From there, he rotates 360 degrees with an emphasis on reaching his free hand to his opponent's free ankle to come out on top.

Chael, come on bro you stole this from the Vermonster!184 EIWA finals. This move is how he beats Bosak. In fact, Hamlin does this move so well it should be called " The Vermonster ".
