where can I find this sound track or speech?
Phil - The speaker is Eric Thomas (etinspires.com) placed over music. You can go to his website and find his speeches. Thank you.

whoever said get down on your squats, id love to see you get out there, work that hard, and squat that much perfectly

Dr. Arthur D. Kemp 6 months ago

I believe he is saying don't worry about the future but rather step into the future, see it, own it and anticipate it but master today because you must take what you have mastered today into the future. I agree with that message.

They're 1/2 squats

that's it, i'm not sleeping anymore. If somebody is waking up at 3 then someone is going to wake up at 1, and someone is waking up at 12... etc...... so the solution, just dont sleep.

oh ok. im just saying we cant live for today we must live tomorrow. your point is completley valid though

Young Lee 8 months ago

The point about living in the present is to focus on your daily goals and objectives by breaking down your long term goals. Too often large goals seem unattainable or unrealistic and individuals become overwhelmed. Similar to a wrestling tournament, take one match at a time instead of focusing on seeding and overlooking opponents.
