I love Mark's attitude and he is EXACTLY right on dedication learned from the wrestling room at all levels and carrying the same lessons into owning and operating a successful business, HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO THIS YOUNG MAN!As a business owner, former wrestler, and current volunteer coach, I understand those 12-16 hour days he is talking about all too well, in fact, my first 2 years as owner saw 18-22 days routinely and I credit my own successes in business to all of the great coaches I had in my life who taught me about dedication, devotion, passion, competitiveness, discipline, and of course WORK ETHIC!Mark Ironside is a shining example of a true American hero both on and off the mat!
