He plans on competing this fall overseas a couple times and will be moving to Ohio to train through the 2012 games. He will be living in Columbus and training at the Ohio RTC with Shawn Bunch, Reece Humphrey and Lou Rosselli.

Jake Varner just finished up a stint at the Olympic Training Center where he was at the world team camp. Jake says he was not always great at freestyle but as time went on he just kept improving. He likes folkstyle because it's such a grind and likes freestyle because that's where you win gold medals/
