This years Russian Nationals will take flowrestling to a different side of Russia while the tournament is being wrestled In Yakutia. This is located in North Eastern Siberia on the Asian side of Russia. The 2011 Russian National tournament will include most of Russia's finest wrestlers as it is a year away from the Olympics that will be held in London in 2012. Flowrestling will once again be bringing you unparalleled coverage of the Russian Nationals as they will be sending guys back over to cover the Russian Nationals for the fourth consecutive year.Flowrestling will continue to push the limits as they will return to the Russian Nationals with the intent of capturing every single match on video once again and posting them for all to view. Flowrestling will not only be providing matches and interviews from the Russian Nationals but they will also bring you some videos from Russia to give you a sense of what life is like and how their culture is in Russia. We just finally landed back in Austin and are waiting for our bags, will start posting matches tonight, we will post a weight class at a time.... damn it feels good to be back!

mavlet and adam decided not to really wrestle so they just went out and did a couple of big throws on eachother. the third period looked semi real
with adam winning 1-1. the commentary was saying that for next years nationals mavlet is going 60 kilos to challenge kuduhov for the olympic spot

Aniuar Geduev was wrestling better than irbek had a couple of attempts in the 1st period that almost scored. went to clinch and it looked like geduev defended but the referees gave point to irbek. 2nd period no good attempts from either guy than irbek defended clinch

no, wf, Varner might have to wrestle Gatsalov. Cael might meet Albert saritov. Don't know how Cael will do, but I seriously doubt Varner can get by Gatsalov

We just landed in Moscow, we are waiting for our bags and styaing here tonight. There was no internet in Yakutsk, we will get our bags and head to a hostile and start uploading the finals and work our way backwards. Awesome experience!

55kg- lebedev (world champ) and otarsultanov (euro champ, yarygin champ) are favourates.
60kg- kudukhov favourate (3x world champ, olympic medalist) heard he failed a drug test hence why he has to wrestle and makhov and tsargush are not, also opan sat (euro champ, yarygin champ), rasul murtazaliev( 2nd at yarygin, 3rd at nationals last year, good young wrestler)
66kg- gogaev(world silver medalist, junior world champ), adam batirov( euro bronze, but dangerous wrestler), malvet batirov( multiple olympic and world champ at 55 and 60), gadhziev(world junior champ, euro silver medalist)
74kg- maxach murtazaliev( world champ), valiev(last year 2nd place), geduev(3rd place last year), farniev(world champ at 66), dadaev and saba khubezty(yarygin champ) winner of this weight wrestles tsargush for the spot on the team.
84kg- gadisov( world medalist, junior world champ, yarygin champ but he could wrestle at 96kg depending on weight), urishev(euro champ, current yarygin champ), saritov( 2nd at yarygin, has been 2nd at nationals in 09), ktsoev (world medalist last year, current russian national champ), zubairov(junior world champ), valiev(current junior world champ, dominated herbert at the dual, really good wrestler)
96kg Stacked- Gatsalov(5 time world and olympic champ), saidov(current national champ), Muradov(08 olympic champ), aliev(beat gatsalov last month came 2nd at nationals last year), akhmedov( junior world champ, yarygin champ), ketoev (world champ and olympic medalist at 84), batsaev(current euro silver medalist)
120kg- kesaev( yarygin 2nd), akhmedov(yarygin champ, olympic silver medalist 08) can't think of many more not many big names here but the winner will face makhov for the spot in a trial match like with tsargush at 74.
