Eric Guerrero and Coleman Scott go through a sparring workout. Eric Guererro discusses how to spar as well as the benefits of doing so properly. Coleman Scott was an NCAA champion while Eric Guerrero was a 3x NCAA champion as has represented the US on the world level.

Eric would give the defending olympic champion a go I'm sure. This reminds me of an opportunity much like the D shultz / K Monday wars from back in the day. (or maybe Gable / Douglas) Well now you know that I was alive in the 60's.

Really cool video. Get a video up of someone explaining that throw that they are working on at about the 3:50 point. Jamil Kelly used that and was awesome. I want to hear it explained.
