2011 Beat The Streets Gala

This years Gala will top the amazing event that took place on the US intrepid last year. Beat the Streets has scheduled a wrestling event between the USA and Russia to take place on Times Square. This will be followed by the Reception and Awards Ceremony with the who's who in wrestling.

I think it's only reasonable there are ads, but it would be pretty simple (I think) to make it so you would only see each ad once per session. Nothing wrong with plugging their revenue streams, but seeing the ad for technique wave 8 times in one sitting does not improve my odds of signing up.

its thirty seconds of your life. the advertisements are thirty seconds! are you the president of the united states, how is your time so valuable. big ten network espn, theyre garbage. They hardly ever show wrestling, and they dont get inside the sport like flo, quit whining about ads, flo's doing a great job.

Do not complain about the adds. the adds are a sign that flo has helped to grow wrestling. people always complain that wrestling does not get enough publicity and that wrestlers do not get paid enough. well who do you think publicizes and pays the major sports. advertisers, if they see they get a return on their investment aka a lot of eyes on there adds. they are going to keep investing in wrestling, and you will see wrestling on tv, and companies sponsoring wrestlers and wrestling organization. there isnt any easy money. so if you have to watch a twenty second add, that is a good sign. that means advertisers value that twenty seconds enough to pay money to be seen there. use your brains and quit complaining, you dont watch a football or basketball game and complain about commercials. that is how sports make money. business dont just give money away they pay for something that they think will increase the value of there company.

Much rather go to a paid site than waste time watching ads...Nothing more annoying...

The videos will be watched a lot less and Flo will lose its momentum if every video has a :30 second ad in front of it. I know I have turned off videos because I can't get through the ad... Too many type A personalities - not a good combination...

Liberty CC is a community college that dropped there wrestling program. I didn't have the grades to go to a Div.1 school. Also I didn't go to high school in New Jersey. Anything else you would like you know about my life?Â

so do you like tylenol ads in spanish, the im a -mormon that owns an energy company ad, and a shania twain comeback promo? im not seeing any matches from the gala either. just a bunch of interviews that USAW youtube's channel has and you don't have to watch a ed 1 or 2 minute video before the footage. where is all this great coverage that can't be paralleled? Big Ten network doesn't let flo get any of those matches except for interviews. And ESPN doesn't allow flo any match coverage from NCAA's. Even Iowa Public Television shows more quality wrestling matches simply because these entities have the broadcasting rights to the various coverages. dude if you want to jerk off to shania twain that's fine, but don't defend flo for making us watch these bs professional ads prior to a non-professionally filmed coverage. The ads don't even promote companies that are affiliated with mma or wrestling. So, unless they are creating an endowment fund to save programs with all of this new advertising cash-they have officially sold out. And by the way joe flo and martin your commentating is legit. Bader you are just as annoying as Jeff Blatnick and Quint Kessenich.

if you guys need to keep "selling out" or using advertisements and commercials to get us this great coverage that can't be paralleled, then keep on doing it. its so worth it. do what you have to do and keep up the good work flo.
