Kastl is either way out of shape or cutting too much weight, Not sure how much more cardio he will have come state since he does this year round. His quarterfinal match was even worse. He' probably be better at 145. |

Wow. Good match. Very bad late match strategy. Why wasn't the coach telling Argue to handfight in overtime when Kastl was gassed. Also what was the talking to the table after the first period about? Gave Kastl some early breathing time, just think if that hadn't happened. Kastl is going to be tough for state when his cardio is improved |
