Redman shows a variety of bridging and other techniques that one can use for getting off of their back if they get into trouble.
Cornell pre match practice
The top ranked Cornell wrestling team goes through a practice on the eve of their Big Live Dual with #5 ranked Central Michigan at Cornell. They have a 30 minute drill followed by one 7 minute match. After practice the team sets up the Friedman Center and gets it ready for the Flowrestling Big Live Dual!

How Damion Hahn got started
When Damion Hahn first heard about wrestling he was super excited because he thought it was like WWF, when he showed up and just saw 2 mats on the ground he was upset. Nevertheless he tried it and loved it and the rest is history. He was a 100lb heavyweight in 2nd grade and was wrestling against high school 103 pounders at practice and got beat up.

Damion Hahn > from Minnesota to Cornell
Damion Hahn won NCAA team titles in his first two years at Minnesota and then won individual titles his last 2 years. He has now been at Cornell for 5 years and they are now the top ranked team in the nation. Damion talks about some of the differences and similarities between the two programs.

Cornell assistant coach Jeremy Spates takes us on a tour of the campus at Cornell University.
Rob Koll talks about working smart at Cornell and designing their workout schedules around their student athlete's schedules. At Cornell their wrestlers typically have more school work on their plate than other schools, Rob noticed this a while ago and tailored their training session to them instead of having them change their schedule around wrestling.
