Just Sayin' - McDonnough's headlock of Precin in the 3rd period when he was losing 3-0 (for the fall) has to be the dirtiest!! But I'm guessing Flo didn't have that one covered.

Marion has that thing I like to call "GRIT." Can't teach it just have to have it. I think that is one of the things Iowa looks for when recruiting, because so many of them have it.

This takedown won Marion the match and he came back from way behind. When Alton escaped it could have been over but Montel went after it. No doubt that Altons Chin whip was serious filthy McNasty, should have been on there with the other 3. If you see the other videos though I got a horrible shot of it.

I splitting hairs a bit here but didn't it seem like a quick count for Alton's 3 back points? Shouldn't he have only had 2? Sick throw agreed but not a 5 point throw.

Totally agree, Alton's toss was epic! The guts that took, the reaction from the fans, even those who know nothing of wrestling would be in awe. That was way better than Marion's single.
