I think it's debatable. Pins aren't necessarily required to have BOTH shoulders on the mat for a full 2 seconds. You can be on your back for 30 seconds and the second both of them touch refs will call pin, and we've all seen this

cortez got f'ing screwed, that was a blatant pin and that lazy-ass of a ref should have called it....poor officiating. i hope cortez ended up winning the match.

Clearly NOT. Typical comment by someone who doesn't know the rules and wants to blame the guy working all day on the mat. A high school pin is a FULL 2 seconds and those weren't. It may look like a pin at 11sec, but stop at 10sec and both shoulders are off the mat. So a pin at 11sec is not possible. The good officiating in the match got the call right.
