Jake Herbert knows how to make a sweet ninja mask. Watch him teach this technique here along with some good conversation over the experience of training as a world team member. Jake Herbert took a year off from Northwestern to try and qualify for the 2008 olympics in beijing. He fell short that year. In 2009 he won the world team trials just after winning his second NCAA national title. now he is set to compete in the 2009 world championships in Denmark.
