41,000 people in attendance over 3 days. from Bound Brook' sophmore sensation, Andrew Campolattano winning his second title and rising to 89-0, to Nick Visacaro from Long Branch having a come-from-behind victory, this was an incredible tourny. New Jersey is without a doubt the greatest wrestling state with some of the best talent in the nation. One Champ-- Nuff Said

A National All-Star Duel Tourney...that would be sick if all the best kids did show up. That would be a nice way to crown a National Champion.

Cali's finals are cool, but I don't think the state has tough competition. A lot of the wrestlers seem to prance around pulling up their socks and adjusting kneepads like pretty boys. They don't know how to battle like PA, NJ, OH, and IA.

Columbus Ohio is also the Arnold Classic this weekend. That town has to be MOBBED. 120k+ visit the Arnold from all over the world. That said, i still think NJ's state tournament is the best, tho i liked it better with the spotlighted introductions they had at Meadowlands in 2000 and 2001. Cali under the lights looks pretty cool also.I would take NJ's 14 against any state in the country except PA.

Scott Winston i sthe best in the past 5 years. Darrion Caldwell is also one of the best. NJ crowns 1 state champ. Most NJ placers would win the title in other states (with acception of PA)....
