I'd like to see them invite Logan Stieber, Altons, Peppleman, Kindig, Campolattano, Baldosaro, Dziewa.. Or at least one or two of them haha

bono's too strong for welch...
...welch, at the ncaa level needs to get stronger. what worked in high school isn't gonna work as much here...especially if he's looking to contend for a title.

Flip...watch the match over, welch was wrestling on the edge the whole time n didnt take no shots at all....he scored off of bono's shot... bono scored a take in the 1st from his shot n in the third he continued to shoot...welch didnt start shooting till the very end where he had no choice...understand wrestling before u make stupid comments.. welch is weak he should hit the gym if he wants to compete at this level

Welch is the supeiror wrestler. Bono stalled most of the 1st. and 2nd period....taking few if any shots on his feet. Ref' never even warned him. M

You are correct I had to go on Northeastern Universitys site to find the brackets. YES! I knew that Scott Could beat that gumby carrot top. Where are all the Loud Mouths Now? And why isn't there video somewhere of this match, the number 1 & 2 recruitred high school wrestlers in the Nation?

That's correct.. Winston got 4th and Welch got 5th.

Winston finished 4th losing to Chandler of Mo. in the 3rd place match. Welch finished 5th. After this match with Bono - Welch wrestled Winston who was working his way back through the wrestle-backs. I believe they were tied and Winston got a 5 point takedown with about 15 seconds left in the match to win. I hope they get to wrestle again at NCAA's!

Well check the finals results... Winston got 3rd and Welch got 5th.. They did wrestle and Winston won.

There is no Winston-Welch footage, thay never wrestled that I know of.
I saw the seedins for the final 4 no mention of Winton. She didn't wrestyle.
Welch a true Freshman will win Ncaa title maybe not as a freshman but lookout
next year.All of you haters get over it,you havn't seen the best or the last ojf Welch.

Lets face the fact.

Their has been flaming about how both of these guys could "Murder each other".
They're both damn good wrestlers and in my opinion, if they were to wresle every day for 100 days, i believe they would split 50/50, this was just Winston's day

I didn't notice Winston sitting in the front row before. I guess that he knew he'd face the loser of this match. He did a great job of wrestling back and getting 3rd at this tournament. And I still haven't seen any of those Cali kids admit they were wrong about this one. I saw so many of these before, "Welch will destroy, murder, tech! Winston..." But obviously, they were totally wrong. Nice job Scotty!!!

dang, scott was scouting welch out!! u can see him and his coach in the back ground. scoot study and came on top. i wish they filmed their match! hopefully they meat up again and this time they actually get a match everyone wants to see.

Yes, they just wrestled at the Midlands. Winston beat Welch 6-1.

I could be mistaken, but the guy coaching bono looks like Pee Wee Herman! When did he get into coaching???
