    Using 3 movements paired together for the development of strength endurance and power endurance. You can perform as prescribed for 5 rounds of 6 reps per movement OR perform the circuit for maximum rounds in 6 - 8 minutes depending on high school / collegiate level wrestling & adding OT.

    Paired together are upper body push + upper body pull and then tire flips for a full body speed movement.
