Frank Popolizio shows a boot scoot. It is kinda similar to a low single. Key points are to get some pressure into you and post your hand on the mat. Once you have your hand posted you go for the boot scoot. Once you get a hold of your opponents leg make sure to "talk to the back of his knee" and come out the back end.

This is a great move! Lincoln Mcllravy taght me this move at a clinic several years ago and it is PHENOMENAL. I have had a lot of success with as long as it is set up correctly.

McIlravy beat bono with an armdrag variation.
this move does work however. Arsen Fadzaev used this move on the international level

The last thing Frank mentioned was "McIlravy..." before the film cuts but as he was demonstrating this move, the first thought in my mind was seeing McIlravy using it to defeat Chris Bono in the NCAA Finals in OT in his senior year as well as against Abas some years back to claim another NCAA title. It proves one thing, IT WORKS!
