The move works a lot better if you trap the far ankle with your foot first and then snatch the knee instead of the ankle. If you do it this way, he can't kick out, and you wind up coming down right into a cradle. The foot you trap with is the same side foot as the arm around his head. Also, you set it up with a nearside cradle - when he steps back, this move is there. Doing the move this way worked wonders for me. Best invention of my college career. |
