after learning this i tried in a match and i got called by the ref for stalling because he said i cant trap that ankle for more than 5 sec but if i didnt get called i would have turned him, this is a great move

yeah the ref will call you for stalling, which i think is bull. i'm not sure if he'll call you if you have his back exposed though.

I was under the impression that a top man can only hold onto an ankle for five seconds before the referee will stop a match. Does anyone know if this would fly at the high school level? Thanks.
