Andy I have to agree with you that was a tough team and they knew how to get the job done at the end of the year as a team. Great group of guys and coaching staff! It was a very tight match in 2003.

What about the 2003 winning the Team Districts, With all of Sagos's points being deducted because of a disqualification...Keep in mind Ocean's stacked line up. Districts takes into account individual and team effort. D22 has been one of the toughest districts I have known since 2000. Just throwing that into the mix. The one common factor though was the addition of Coach Nucci, and the toughness of Coach Dunnells (if thats how you spell it).

Today Raritan Wrestling lost an amazing young man, coach, friend, & family member to cancer. Coach Alexander passed last night and will be terribly missed by our entire wrestling family. He was an outstanding part of our program alumni of Raritan HS '00 as well as his coaching at Hazlet Middle School, HYAL, and his wrestling club. The Alexander family has been such a positive and ever present part of the wrestling community that as a coach I am asking all of us to help give them strength and support during this extremely difficult time. Live your life to the fullest because that is how Coach Alexander lived his.

It is with a sad heart that I tell our wrestling family that our own Coach Mike Alexander has passed away. He lost his battle with cancer last night. Once we learn details about the arrangements they will be posted. Please keep Mike and his entire family in your prayers.
