This workout is very similar to those found on crossfit.com. Many programs all over the country are using them, they do develop mental toughness and get you in great shape. | |
The workout started with a 1 mile hard run, then plate pushes/dumbell bear crawl, the third stage was 100 cleans, then they finished with sprint 350-21kettle bells-12 pull ups-(Only the fourth stage was all times 3) | |
Could you number the workout so we see the order of the stations? thanks |
