Not talking about teams.
chances are those teams (exept troy christian) could be our top teams. (clovis, gilroy, central catholic)
talking about individitual.
btw, rankings are just crap. they're 90% wrong.

Here is it- I'd be willing to place a bet that any of the three state champ team from Ohio, be it D3 (Troy Christian), D2 (St Paris Graham), or D1 (Lakewood St Edward) could beat the (one) California state champ team. Look at the national rankings. Ohio is #1.
Oh Yeah!!! November 28, 2008 at 11:20pm
Martin Gonzalos (Gilroy, CA) vs Logan Stieber (Monroeville, OH)
125lb final!!!!!!
That's gonna be one sick match!!!!

toughest states to win a state championship:
1. California - for one reason. One division.
2. Pennsylvania - this state just has some of the toughest wrestlers around..
3. Ohio - I'd place it higher, but, it has 3 divisions.
California is an awsome wrestling state. the CIF tourny is amazing. it reveals the true champion, unlike Pen and ohio

Of course the Reno TOC is evey bit as tough as Ironman...It may differ from year to year, but most year they, as well as a few others, are very close...It make many people laugh at this kind of back and forth...Oh and NJ to compare the Ironman to the NCAA's is beyond comment....Look @ every state and they will have a trny that compares to the top trnys, with states like CA,OH,PA,VA & MO having multiple, and there most likely is more states with multiple...
