Michigan has some very tough guys in the field, they have one of the two top freshman in the country, Taylor Massa. The other would be Jason Luster. Both have decent shots at winning titles, Massa will have a tougher time with one of the Alton boys in his weight. Michigan has a slew of other guys that will contend for a spot on the podiums
Are they going to post the brackets on this site or somewhere else

From The Website October 30, 2008 at 8:42am
In the mid-1990's, Morehead High School, located in Eden, North Carolina, started a pre-season tournament to help raise money for their wrestling program. At the time, pre-season events in North Carolina were few and far between, and the tournament drew around 50-75 wrestlers from central North Carolina and southern Virginia.
In 1999, tournament directors Dave Barker and Sara Koenig added the "Super 32" name. Where did the name come from? The Super 32 is what the rankings in North Carolina are called. 32 wrestlers are ranked at each weight - 12 in the 4A division, and 10 each in 3A and 1A/2A. The rankings are done by Dave, and are a part of the NCMat.com website which is maintained by Sara.
As soon as the tournament gained the name recognition associated with the Super 32, the growth began. Wrestlers in North Carolina began attending in the hopes to improve their rankings and measure their success against the best in the state. We also credit our competitive growth to the team from Great Bridge, Virginia. They began attending the event in 2001, bringing their nationally-ranked wrestlers. After that, more top teams and wrestlers began coming as the national reputation spread.

i am sure Go Heels is saying that origninally, it was a 32 man bracket made up of the top 32 wrestlers per weight, per chart, in north carolina.
Not Any More October 29, 2008 at 1:07pm
its like a 128 man bracket....

Tournament Director, Dave Barker, has run a set of NC high school rankings that rank the top 8 at each weight, for each of the 4 divisions (1A, 2A, 3A & 4A). I believe the 32 comes from taking the top 8 at each weight to make a consolidated 32 man bracket. The Super 32 tourney began as a preseason tournament mainly consisting of NC kids then exploded over the years. Might be called the Super 32 just b/c the tourney director and the ranking guru are one in the same.
