Well this season deffenetly had its ups and downs not just for the team, but myself as well. I placed at every tournament I went to for varsity, had over 20 wins and was a district champ. After season I went to Reno Worlds and placed 3rd at 98lbs, then I went to Ohio tournament of champions and won at 104lbs. Overall though it turned out to be a big step for me and I am ready to RELAX. more »

What a blast. We took 8 wrestlers to the OHIO TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS this past weekend. Joe Accardo, Nick Accardo, Zack Swats, Mickey Endersbee, Johnathon Heffner, Jose Lopez, Trevor Dunn, and Dalton Langford. The tournament was held downtown in the convention center. We had over 2100 entries and the scrambling was fierce! Dalton Langford worked his way through the competition and brought home the championship. He won a watch for getting first place. That is a cool award-definitely different. Trevor Dunn took a tough 4th place finish. He wrestled through some tough competition from New York and Pa-both were seniors.… more »

Hackers have been offering up to €25,000 (US$32,413) in undergrounds forums for Nokia 1100 phones made in the company’s former factory in Bochum, Germany. Wrestlings not a sport, its a lifestyle WRESTLERS: Are the strongest fastest and smartest athletes in the world. But that's not what makes them unique. They are the MOST dedicated people in the world. They sacrifice their lives to a sport of fighting. Where practice is 3 or 4 hours of lifting and throwing and conditioning. 3 or 4 hours of a literal street brawl. They give up there social lives. Over Spring Break, 4 wrestlers traveled to Reno Nevada for the Jack Roller Reno Wold Championships. Dalton Langford (95 lbs) made it to the semi-finals before taking a tough loss and he finished in 3rd place out of 86 competitors. Jose Lopez (135lbs) also made it to the semi-finals and he finished in 3rd place out of 74 wrestlers. For years I've listened to hundreds of philosophies on how Wrestling Programs get to "the next level". Most of what I am talking about is at the High School or Club level. I've heard everything from Summer Camps, to feeder programs, to simply playing more games in the wrestling room to keep spirits high. While I can't deny any of these methods may work, I'd suggest gaining insight from someone standing on the outside looking in. A large part of being successful at anything, is simply believing. Hello Everyone, Again, thank you for all of your support this season. It was a good season but we can always be better. The coaches have already met and laid out a plan of attack for the next campaign. We had one all state wrestler this year, which is great, but it is not enough...We can do better! With all of the love and support we have in our community, I believe we can reach new heights as a program. Parents, please take my "call of duty" to heart. even though i feel the ref was wrong this does not take away the fact that mason litz pulled of one nice move at the very last seconds of a match that was completly dominated by john norton and stuck john on his back mason is a very nice kid and if my son is to lose to him we are fine with that he has good parents and he is a pretty good wrestler i know i got mad at states but never was we mad at mason or his parents like i said they are good people and… more »

Yea baby to have purpose, direction, challenge. The challenges are very pronounced, the very articulation will push all of us like we've never been pushed before. 17 Teams have joined our Division and16 have either gone north or south. That should stir things up fairly well. The echoes from our fans screams of joy in Battle Creek will forever roll in my mind. Definately would have had to have been there. I was listening to the CD program "Psychology of Winning" by Denis Waitley and I became inspired to write about the importance of Self-Image.One of the most, if not thee most important element of success is having a positive and empowering Self-Image. Successful people see themselves as winners, go-getters, high achievers, worthy of glory, etc etc. And their mental images of themselves usually manifest themselves in the individuals behaviors.This is the Heart of Sport Psychology.
