Last week, I placed 7th, All American, @ 152 at the NHSCA Junior Nationals. I missed All American by one match last year so was happy to accomplish this. more »

I've worked for 12 years and it all culminated last Saturday night into finally winning the state championship. I beat a really good opponent, Evan Baker from Scotland County, a senior, and won the 4A 160 lb. State Championship. It was a great feeling. My team won its 20th State Championship, so I have been on 6 consecutive State Championship teams at Cary now (3 dual team and 3 individual state championships). Coach Winterton was really happy!
