February 7, 2006 - BJJ Shore Academy's Nick Catone defeats Derek Downey early in round 2. Catone forces Downey into a keylock submission after Nick feeds him a barage of elbows. Downey taps out (1:15) into round two. Derek Downey replaced Amir Sadollah who pulled out of the fight for a second time due to a shoulder injury.
Nick improves his MMA record to 7-0.
