We just had our first freestyle and greco-roman tournament at cherokee we took 8 wrestler and me,Ian Clevenger, Cameron Giles, Josh Anderson,Spencer thomas, Corey Anthoney, Stan Davige, and Mikey Clevenger went to the tourney. 5 first placers, 1 second placef, and 2 third placers in greco. In freestyle we had 6 first placers,and 1 second placer. we had five 5 point moves thrown, dozens of three point moves and one long day. Our journey up the moutain was cool with the mountain tree with fog and pouring rain. the trip was awesome.

hey everyone this is trey again. i had a good first jr high season. our team was great. we won over 190 matches. i finished the season 17-5. i have some things to work on. hopefully i will do better next year and go undefeated. freestyle and greco is coming in march any one on the jr high team that wants to come do freestyle has to register with coach sawyer has to pay a small fee. by the way congrats alex brown for winning first in state at 170. more »

pre season is over for the high school but jr. high has already started. we had a tourney last weekend and had 4 state qualifers. now we have 3 days off to get fat on turkey. but we still have a tourney on the 8th of december (my b-day). we have another state qualifer. the top 2 get to go to state. we have practice on monday. have a great turkey day! more »

today the boiling springs junior high had a tournament at hillcrest high school that was a south carolina state qualifier. 4 of our 14 wrestlers qualified for state (1st palce 120lbs)corey yantz,(1st place 170lbs)alex brown,(1st place 85lbs)ian clevenger and me 9lbs i got 2nd place behind austin such. also trey young got 3rd in 125lbs. all of our wrestler wrestled really well. our next tournament is at south pointe(state quailfier)we hope to have many more state qualifiers. all the wrstler that wrestled for bsjh were nic richards, kyle busbee, prston gregory, trey daniel(me), corey yantz, trey young, ian clevenger, alex… more »

to day i cut down on the food to get to 90 and i made it i just gotta mantain my weight. saturday i have a tournament at hilcrest high i got 11 kids in my weight class. the only one i know is Austin such. i hope to do well and i will. more »
