Wrestling Blogs - Rupert Atkinson

I have inherited a werstling club at our high school in New Zealand - not many students, not high ability. I have done Judo and other arts before but not wrestling. I need to find a good manual of wrestling moves that I can teach the boys here. Is there anything online I can use to start with? I think with a bit of organisation and time I can improve their ability quite a lot but first I have to get to grips with what wrestling is. more »
