Updating the Harvard Crimson team page

I am trying to update our team page. What I would like to do is get our matches on here right after competition so that fans can watch the videos shortly after, and so that our wrestlers can break down film on themselves before we bring them in and do it together. I am starting with a couple of videos from our Saturday morning matches from this past weekend just to see how it all works.
We also want to have this be as interactive as possible with fans/boosters/alumni being able to follow our season on here, team members being able to contribute posts and discussion, having an ongoing blog of the season, photos being posted, etc. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas we would love any kind of feedback.
