Training for the Off-season Tournament

Coach Tenney approached me at the elimination dinner and proposed the idea of an off season tournament this year. So the training has begun, I will blog every day of my diet and workouts. If you guys think you can keep up, you are welcome to try. Plan on seeing you guys at the shack, fitness center or building before the end of June. And one last thing; I am coming back from my honeymoon early to wrestle in this tournament, if you guys have something more important than that going on to where you can not make it, just let either Coach Tenney or myself know.
