Short Day and Ropes Gone Wild

3 x 20 Deads @ 185#
3 X 20 Pushpress @ 75#
3 x 15 GHD sit ups @ 8# Ball

10 Minute Warm up
30 Minute Rope workout A la Ropes gone wild from Punchgym.com
I highly suggest this workout or any like it.
I went 2 minutes on with 30 seconds rect. In that rest I would rest or complete 50 crunches.

Try it sometime, 2 minutes shots :30 rest. You'll look at ropes in a whole new way.
Change your hand position [palms up or down], change your foot position [split stance or square], change your leg height [standing up or in a squat]
Enjoy the pain.
This is a great cardio workout that allows you to get your legs back in time for practice or a heavy leg day in the weight room.
