Days are getting boring, competitions coming near

I can see myself getting skinnier when I look in the mirror

When I step on the mat August 20 I'll be ready to scrap

And it will be the last feather I need to put in my cap.

We were proud of you. He was not scared tom . I think this style has somthing to be desired. Its seems to me alot of these other guys are out of wind shape. Our guys were in shape. I think the technique they use we need to be more familiar with(hand fighting). This style you have to be all offensive but safely defensive. Thanks Ben I really got alot out of these olympics because of you. I know alot of kids did so keep your head up. I know your competive spirit will be back. I think if you can get to wrestle these guys more often you will drill them all. Hey 7th best in the world WOW. Take Care and thanks again.

Ben won't be competing in the sport in four years. Great effort in the first match. I don't know what happened in match number two, but hopefully the thought of facing Quintana and then Saitiev didn't scare you.

Keep that big chin up. You just need a little more experience is all. You changed your style completely in one year. None of the other guys in your weightclass had to do that. As far as the Cuban, or others like him, I could see you wrestling him the way his opponent in the bronze medal match did -- Cuban got in on the legs and the Bulgarian kept turning him for exposure points, then pinned him.

Ben, I shook your hand at Senior Nationals after you lost to Pritzlaff in 2007 and said 'Don't worry, you'll get 'em.' I'll say the same thing now. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll beat them all. I'm sure you can take this experience and use it to become even better.
