Wrestling season is here! I have had a great time watching this young team work hard at practice and love the enthusiasm for the sport. It is a huge compliment when I see a wrestler use a technique from practice in a live match!

This is my 10th season as assistant wrestling coach. Every season is different and I have a great attitude about this year because of the young talent on the team. Make sure you use this site as an educational tool! You can be as good as you want!
