The boys headed up to Asbury Park for the Great 8 Kickoff Classic ready to wrestle and wrestle hard they did. Two tough matches for Dean and three REALLY tough matches for Charlie. In the end Charlie took a well earned second place but could have taken first (his loss was by one point). Charlie wrestles with a lot of heart and pure determination, while he is in his first year (as well as his brother) they both wrestle tough while they master their skills.

Dean got an added surprise when he got to meet his wrestling idol, NJ's own Scott Winston - - - he took pics with Dean and stayed to watch his match and gave him a high five when he won his Championship round. You would have thought Dean just met Superman - - - he has yet to come back down to earth...thanks Scott, you made this young wrestlers day...week.
