started dieting to maybe et down to 160 fr the up coming season i found that havent been wrestling my best and lost all confidence in my shot dono how to get it back but if anyone has suggestions let me know

Gerard . Lift weights two days a weak. Your losing leg power, work your legs as well. give yourself 2 days off( if you can) before a match though. Go back to basics and watch yourself if you can on tape . Remember set up(head movement , steering whee) lower level and shoot beyond the legs always with head up.. You should be in like flint. If not create angles and do the same . Good Luck.
