Super Pumped

Zeb and I are here at a McDonalds and have a little time to fill you guys in. We arrived in Kazan this morning by train. As soon as we got in Tigran talked to a man who took us to his mothers flat. This is now where we are staying. They just packed up and left. It is three rooms with a kitchen and is costing us about 33 dollars per night. At first it was a little awkward for Zeb and me as we though they were staying. We made a video but cannot upload it now. Unfortunately we are unsure if we will be able to upload any wrestling matches until we get back to Moscow due to a file size limit. Please understand this time around. We are super pumped to be here. We were at the arena earlier and saw many wrestlers. A few standouts were Gotsalov, a world and olympic champion, and Ahkmedov,an olympic silver medalist. Tigran has been a huge help for our travels. We would not be able to do any of this wthout him. Send him your thanks. Wrestling starts tomorrow with 55 and 60 kilos. This years Russian nationals will feature many young athletes. Lots of the Russian stars will sit this year out, but not all of them. We are going to check out the Kremlin. So many more great videos to come. Still no Borsh.

You made me hungry for borsh. I'm going to ask the wife to cook some up in the name of Joe Flo and Zeb, out there on the fringe.
RUSSIAN BORSCH
2 c. beets, diced
2 2/3 c. water
Salt (optional)
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced onions
2 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. butter
Sour cream

Cook beets, carrots and onions in water for 20 minutes. Add beef broth, cabbage and butter. Cook 15 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Put in bowls and add dollops of sour cream.

Joe,
I thought you were letting the helmet hair grow back out? You could have stashed some borscht underneath. Did they have to cut it off at customs?
