Small note.

Well stacking wood yesterday was no fun. But at least I finished before the rain started.
I hit the bands and the bike for a couple of hours again today. Starting to feel like I know what I am doing again. Tomorrow is the first 4 AM workout. I need the time (afternoons are totally booked) and getting my body moving after I have spent all night burning off free carbohydrates is a good way to burn fat.
Work out when you wake up, eat nothing until your done with the workout (make sure to eat). Works better than any fad diet or pill ever could. They all try to stimulate what my body does well anyway if properly trained.
I'll post the band/bike workout that I am doing sometime this week. Time for bed.
