Preseason

Preseason classic was to day. As a team we really need to step up while parts of are team are out. I think that lower and middle weights are ok but upper weights really need work. more »
Last Day

Last day of therapy, my 2nd week, the 6th time that i will go there. Well i hope they take the measurments of my flexability because i have been streching at home and working out. I have done the bike, the stepper, swimming in my cold pool, and the areo bike. I should be able to wrestle monday or tuesday. more »
Therapy

I start therapy tomorrow. I have been riding workout bikes the last two days, I try to get atleast an hour a day. Once my knee is cleared I should have some huge thighs. more »
knee surgery

Tomorrow I get surgery on my right knee. The doctor is doing a micro-scopic operation. I believe he is just gonna shave out some torn cartalidge. I will have to rest 3-6 weeks after it, then i will be back to wrestling. more »
SUPER 32

It is 11:50 and i just looked at the people in my weight. I got 106 people including myself in the 103 pound div. I also got ordered a torq kneepad so I cant wait to start real training.
My goals for super32
Wrestling-make weight, first match mack sure everyone sees me win in beastly fashion, pin up to my quarters match, semi win by 5 and finals win.
Weight training- bench 115 5x15, 5x12 pull-ups, every night do 500 push-ups, squat 135 5x15, 5x20 dips, kent state with 95lbs, iowa with 95lbs, climb the rope 8x every week"hopefully more",… more »

I have been working out, wrestling (tuesdays and thursdays), and eating. I weighed 117.9 today really disappointing. Just 14.9 to go before super 32. Tomorrow got to go for a run, and do some swimming then hit up dusty for a workout, and finally youth wrestling practice. more »

wow i am crazy bored. i have not wrestled since ohio. the only wrestling i have done is ji-jitsu. i cant wait for the season to start and see how the line up looks. more »

This year

Well this season deffenetly had its ups and downs not just for the team, but myself as well. I placed at every tournament I went to for varsity, had over 20 wins and was a district champ. After season I went to Reno Worlds and placed 3rd at 98lbs, then I went to Ohio tournament of champions and won at 104lbs. Overall though it turned out to be a big step for me and I am ready to RELAX. more »
