So I found out this past season that I have to get surgery on my foot next season because of all the running we do in wrestling shoes. If there was a way to put orthotics into wrestling shoes that would be amazing. Does anyone know if that works? Do i have to buy a specific type of wrestling shoe? I'm clueless on the subject and if I can't find shoes that work with orthotics I could be out for next season.
