Steve Silver wrestled when he went to school at Alabama. He got out of wrestling and has contributed more off the mat than he could have ever contributed on the mat. Currently he runs his furniture company in Dallas: the Steve Silver Company. Furthermore he has been a major visionary behind the emergence of Texas wrestling and wrestling at Bishop Lynch in Dallas.
