Mike Polz creates the best HS teams in the country. He originally took Providence HS in the suburbs of Chicago to a top tier team. He then left Providence and went to Carl Sandburg HS. Currently he has won 3 straight Illinois Titles. He heads into 2008 looking to make it 4 straight.
