Jon McGovern is a wrestling anomaly. He went to Division III school after high school where he began to truly excel. In college he became a 2x NCAA Champ at his Division III college but defeated the Division I champ and runner up at common tournaments like Midlands.

After college he competed against the best on the Olympic level.
