Jeremy Hunter was successful right from the get go. In high School he was a 4x Pennsylvanian State Champion only losing to one person throughout his whole high school career.
After High School he went on to attend Penn State University and faced a little more stiff resistance to a National Title. He persevered though and worked his way up to the contending for a title his Junior year. He faced Stephan Abas in the finals and lost. Jeremy didn?t lose focus and by his senior year was again in position to win a title. During the Big Ten qualifying tournament he lost in the championship, however he bounced back and went to NCAAs and became a national champion.
Currently he is an assistant coach at the University of Illinois.
